1977 KAWASAKI KZ100 A with 10, 967 miles and a clear Ohio title. I purchased this bike from a friend in 2013 with the intentions of repainting it but I have way too many projects so it's time to let it go. The tank, side covers and rear cowl have obviously been painted by the previous owner who purchased the bike sometime around 1979. The bike has been well cared for and is in very good condition for its age. The side covers are free of cracks and there is no damage to the mounting tab...s. The original tool kit is included and a Clymer manual. The bike runs well but may need the idle adjusted, I will leave that decision to the new owner. I installed a brand new battery today. Super coil kit #140403 4 cly inductive
Mikuni High performance Racing carbs which i believe are the VM29 smooth bores & cone filters but could be the VM33 as the original box is not marked. If need I can measure and get that info for you.
Steering stabilizer barKawasaki King & Queen seat
The Bad:Paint job with some flaking on the tank
Some light pitting on chrome
slight bend in the handle barsHigh beam indicator light bulb is not working on display but high beam itself is fully functioning
I will be listing the mint condition original seat, the original carb bank, air cleaner body, points plate and the original exhaust on ebay, all of which are in fantastic condition for their age. If you are also interested in these as a separate purchase to go with the bike please message me quickly before I post because due to the condition they will not last long.
