Handle and controls move, otherwise untested - see photos.
The handle is supposed to be removable but this one is stuck.
I think a metal worker could get it loose but I don't know how.On the back side where the rocker hinges, one side of the bracket is broken - see photo.
About 50" tall overall, metal base is about 13" x 5-1/4".
Weighs about 29 pounds.
