Antique wood rocking chair with carved face on the back rest. I'm not an authority on Northwind rocking chairs so have no idea if this is authentic. Has the typical carved face on the backrest giving in a medieval or gothic look. This chair has lived a hard life and there are numerous places where it has been repaired in the past. Mostly just small cracks that were glued and clamped. In fact I didn't even know t...hey were there for a while until I closely examined it. One leg leading to one of the Rockers seems like it had a piece replaced at one point as you can see from the photos but like I said not very noticeable. Also a screw was used to help hold down one of the armrests. Still a very sturdy chair.

I utilize Greyhound shipping for all chairs. Items generally arrive between 5 and 9 days to the Greyhound station nearest the buyers address at which point they are contacted by telephone. I prefer this method as it eliminates items being left unattended at homes and also allows the buyer to schedule the most convenient time for pickup.
