Here is a wonderful not-often-seen antique puffy heart charm featuring an enameled Lily of the Valley flower with a blue enameled background. It measures approx. 5/8" by 1/2" and is in good vintage condition, retaining 2/3 of it's original enamel. This heart is not often seen and rarely has complete enamel. I have priced it accordingly. The reverse is marked 'sterling' with no other engravings. This puffy heart that would make a wonderful addition to your charm bracel...et! Please ask any questions you might have before purchasing.
