This beautiful, vintage designer ring, by M. Peres, features a horizontally-set, pink mother-of-pearl cabochon, custom bezel set in .950 sterling silver.

The navette-shaped mother of pearl cabochon measures 29.65 x 14.67 x 2.54mm and weighs ≈ 7.50 carats. It has a very attractive, subtle pink hue with a fibrous sheen.
The top of the ring measures ≈ 31 x 18mm. The ring shank measures 5mm wide and shows minor evidence of a prior sizing.
The inside of the ring is signed and hallmarked, "M PERES 950".
M. Peres Jóias was founded in 1982, in São Paolo, Brazil. They specialize in semi-precious gemstone jewelry, with vintage works being produced in .950 silver (as opposed to standard .925 sterling silver).
