Original old Illinois Timekeeper 12 size 17 jewel pocket watch, made expressly for I.J.Co. of York PA. It sets, but it does not wind and does not tick. The balance staff is good as the wheel moves smoothly, but only very briefly. The crystal is hazy and the dial has chips and cracks.
