You are Bidding on an Antique/Vintage 1920's Harold Lloyd Tin Mechanical Scissor Toy Distler Levy Gely. When you open the scissors, the man's hat is on his head and his eyes show through his glasses. When you close the scissors, he lifts his hat over his head, and you can just see the tops of his eyes through his glasses. The Toy is Marked on the Left Foot "Made in Germany". The Toy is 7 1/8" with the Scissors open, 8 1/4" with the Scissors closed.
