Here I have for sale a lovely rare pin buckle for your watch strap in 18 ct gold, stamped 0.75 and PP Co for Patek Philippe. It is suitable for a 14 mm watch strap at the buckle and probably dates from the 1950's. I have seen an almost identical buckle on a Calatrava model from this period. It is 3 g in weight.
