THINK FALL!!!This auction is for ONLY the vintage SINGER sewing machine model 301A LONG bed and most accessories in the first photo. This machine was made in 1953 sn NA259197 first year of production of the A series. This model is SINGERS first sewing machine series with the slant forward needle with a long shank. It helps bring the material closer to you so you can see the stitches better. This is a simple straight stitch ...... . . . . . . . . . . machin...e very light weight portable with handle. It is made with aluminum casting to replace the model 221 featherweight. The machine has nice mauve dark beige paint not the black version with excellent labels/chrome. I cleaned lubed and tested it and it makes excellent stitches runs smooth and slow/fast. It has a built in motor like the potted motor machine with bevel gear drive so no belts or plastic. I don't recommend bidding on a sewing machine that doesn't show sample stitches. I have a manual from the similar 404 model machine, 6 bobbins, oil container, Singer screwdrivers, and will include some other sewing notions so you just need your thread and material to make stitches/quilts/?. I will include a NOS large CLAUSS scissors, WISS pinking shears NOS, needles, German made needle threader etc. This is the easiest and most forgiving machine to set up and use. This machine can be put in your cabinet if you have a saddle bracket or I have several cabinets that I can send you FREE just pay for the shipping.. I will ship it in its original case in fair condition. I am listing most of my collection of other brand sewing machines VIKING HUSQVARNA shown in the last photos.
