Up for auction is a very fine c1890 Royal Vienna gilt & red lustre decorated young lady portrait vase. This vase is a truly beautiful example that has a wonderful Art Nouveau period design. The vase features a superbly hand painted young lady portrait that is signed “Wagner”. The vase has a rich red lustre finish and is also richly gold gilt throughout. The vase shows very minor wear consistent with its antique age. The vase is in very fine condition with no chip or cracks, and no repairs. Overall about as nice of condition as one could hope to find an example of this antique age in. The vase displays beautifully measuring 8 inches tall, by 4 1/2 inches wide. You do not see many examples of this superb investment grade quality come up for no reserve auction!
