This historical Masonic medal comes in its original black leather casing with a snap button closure. The casing encloses the 14k yellow gold and red enameled medal against a white ribbon.The piece is composed of a Knights of Kadosh Cross outlined in red enamel and mounted on crossed swords and a multi-pointed star....
The center of the badge showcases the Scottish Rite double-headed eagle on a blue-enameled shield adorned with the Scales of Justice and the iconic Blue Lodge Square and Compass. A blue-enameled ring around the perimeter bears the Latin motto "Ordo Ab Chao Deus Meumque Jus" in gold lettering, and black-enameled triangles around the center display the letters "SAPIENTIA".
It is 14k gold as stamped and tested. The top pieced engraved Robert H. Munger with a ornate middle bar 33.

This was Judge Robert Howe Munger (Oct. 22 1873-Oct.30 1940). He was admitted to the bar in 1889 and practiced law for many years and then served as a police court judge and a district court judge.
