Beautiful mid-century vintage Hollywood Regency style sofa, manufactured in New York City. This is a Dunbar or Baker-style sofa that measures 97" long, 31" high and 27" deep. It can easily and comfortably seat 4 adults or more. We acquired this sofa, 8 years ago, when we were living in a large home with a large living room. We refinished it with very plush new down stuffing and brand new high-end fabric. It has a few scuffs on the wood but no gouges and they can easily be touched... up. It is made from fruitwood or maple wood. Sofas like these sell for $2, 500-5, 000. This one was in storage for quite a while and it does have a dank smell and needs to be steam cleaned and or dry-cleaned. it will provide many years of service and it will look like a million dollars in a large scale living room.
