Description/Interesting Notes: An extraordinary example of intense green dioptase and blue shattuckite from this famed Mexican locale!!! This specimen came from a tiny, single pocket that produced just a small handful of specimens - and this specimen was among the finest!!! This specimen hosts a network of broad vugs line...d with complex, highly lustrous, gemmy crystals of intense green malachite in aesthetic combination with acicular balls and groups of intense blue shattuckite crystals!!! Ths dioptase crystals exhibit unique, characteristic forms with sharp, complex faces and particularly brilliant luster!!! The shattuckite crystals exhibit a fine, characteristic velvety appearance with a striking intense blue color!!! The combination of these two colorful species is simply amazing in person!!! This specimen is in fantastic condition and displays stunningly in person!!! This amazing specimen was acquired from Marshall Sussman who often handles some of the most impressive and unique Milpillas specimens!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
